Application
•Minimum labeling temp: -5℃. Service temp: -20℃~100℃. (24h after labeling).
•Suitable for aviation or railway baggage tag, high quality logistics tag etc.
•Suitable for small perform huge circle range label in rolls. Irregular surface or extruded bottle is not recommended.
Print & Process
•With special treatment coated, have an excellent performance in printing and bar code print, good stiffness, easy to peel off.
•Can be used in carbon ribbon print, screen printing, rotary letterpress, planographic offset press etc.
•Suitable for UV ink, oil-based ink and water-based ink.
•Alcohol or volatile organic solvent inks are not applicable.
•Avoid to print to the edge of label, especially when using screen UV ink and UV finish, the high contractility bring label crimp, cause the label detach from release paper or warp from label object.
•Ink test before printing is recommended.
Facestock
The facestock have special printability coated, both like paper printability and BOPP filmphysical characteristics, suitable for common color printing and ribbon print.
