Application
•Minimum labeling temp: -4℃. Service temp: -40℃-149C. (24h after labeling).
•This product features excellent tear strength, heat resistance, dimensional stability and chemical resistance.
•This product is suitable for use in a wide range of durable labeling applications. It is UL recognizedfor indoor/outdoor service.
•PET is suitable for the facestock of durable labels.
•Product can be die cut and stripped at high speeds.
Print & Process
•As facestock is uncoated, Topcoating is highly recommended before printing, or Laminating is highly recommended after printing.
•Ink testing is always recommended before production.
•Can be die cut and stripped at high speeds on standard web-fed presses using typical filmtooling.
•Flat bed performance is good while solid and magnetic rotary dies need additional care. (Diecutting tools must be adjusted according to the polyester liner).
•Acceptance of hot stamping foil is excellent. Need avoid too much rewinding tension to causing bleeding.
Facestock
A gloss clear uncoated polyester .
