Application
•Minimum labeling temp: -4℃. Service temp: -40℃-149C. (24h after labeling).
•This product features excellent tear strength, heat resistance, dimensional stability, opacity and chemical resistance.
•This product is suitable for use in a wide range of durable labeling applications.
Print & Process
•The top coated face material is design and suit for all the usual printing techniques. Specially formulated inks are normally not necessary.
•Also suitable for thermal transfer printing.
•Ink/ribbon testing is always recommended before production.
•This product can be die cut and stripped at high speeds on most web-fed presses.
•Harden treated and sharp dies, preferably in flat-bed, are important to ensure smooth conversion.
•Need avoid too much re-winding tension to causing bleeding.
•It is suitable for the facestock of durable labels.
•Not recommend on the traditional silk screen printing oven drier.
Facestock
A homogenously pigmented matte finished metallic polyester facestock with a smooth, absorbent ink-receptive top coating.
