Application
•Minimum labeling temp: 0℃. Service temp : -20℃~70℃. (24h after labeling).
•It is specially designed to meet the specific requirements for labels on tires.
•The aluminum barrier foil prevents migration of components through the facestock thus avoidingthe label from getting stained.
•It is not recommended for automatic dispensing.
Print & Process
•The special top-coated face material can be printed by letterpress, flexor, and silk screen, givinggood print results with UV curing and solvent based inks for PET.
•Ink testing is always recommended before production.
•The heavy adhesive coat weight does not allow high conversion speeds; special care is requiredwith regard to die-cutting and matrix stripping.
•Avoided heat, used for ink drying, may have a negative effect on conversion or dispensing.
•If necessary a temperature level of 50 °C should not be exceeded.
•Need avoid too much re-winding tension and stocks are under high temperature to causing bleeding.
Facestock
A gloss white polyester with special top-coated surface. It is laminated to a flexible aluminiumbarrier foil.

•A special purpose permanent, rubber based adhesive.
