Application
•Minimum labeling temp: -5℃.Service temp :-30℃-90C. (24h after labeling)
•For decoration of quality products such as cosmetics, luxury articles and promotional labeling.
•Not recommend on beer label application.
•Due to semi-rigid nature of polypropylene care should be taken with non-uniform surfaces or squeezable applications.
Print & Process
•Letterpress, flexo, gravure and silk screen, giving good print results with UV curing and water based inks. It is not recommended for cold foil stamping.
•Caution should be exercised when inks are applied out to the edge of the label, particularly UV screen inks and UV cured varnishes, high shrinkage coatings can cause labels to lift off the liner or substrate.
•Ink testing is always recommended before production.
•Sharp film tooling preferably in flat-bed, are important to ensure smooth conversion.
•Need avoid too much re-winding tension to causing bleeding.
Facestock
A bi-axially oriented, gloss transparent polypropylene film with a print-receptive top-coating.
