Application
•Minimum labeling temp: -5℃. Service temp: -29℃~93℃. (24h after labeling).
•Due to its flexibility, the product is especially suitable for substrates like squeezable bottles and other flexible containers.
•The product can also be used for applications where PVC labels are not wanted for environmental reasons.
•For optimum dispensing a relatively high tension on the backing paper and sharp beak are recommended.
Print & Process
•The top coated face material can be printed by flexo, screen, and letterpress. Giving good printing results with UV curing and water based inks, Ink testing is always recommended before production.
•Caution should be exercised when inks are applied out to the edge of the label, particularly UV screen inks and UV cured varnishes, high shrinkage coatings can cause labels to lift off the liner or substrate.
•Cares should be taken with the heat during process.
•Sharp film tooling preferably in flat-bed, is important to ensure smooth conversion.
•Need avoid too much re-winding tension to causing bleeding.
Facestock
A high gloss bright metallic polyethylene with top coating.
