Application

•Minimum labeling temp: 0℃. Service temp: -10℃~80℃. (24h after labeling);

•Particularly well-suited for beer bottle, and other retumable beverage containers;

•Use on crates, trays and other containers used in food and plant logistics, where they facilitate efficient cleaning and reuse;

Print & Process

•With special treatment coated, can be used in multiple printing methods such as letterpress, flexo, gravure, and screen printing etc. UV ink & water-based ink is suitable.

•Control the viscosity of print ink, high-contractility bring label crimp, cause the label detach from release paper or warp from label object.

•Film special die-cutting knife is recommended, especially the flat die-cutting.

Facestock

A kind of transparent bi-axially stretch PP film with coated, have high performance in water proof, oil resistance, and chemical resistance.

Adhesive

Acrylic water-based permanent adhesive.

Liner

Transparent PET liner.

Performance data

Shelf life

One year when stored at 23 ± 2°C at 45 ± 5% RH. Prolonged storage outside these conditions might reduce the shelf life.
